Bulka has made one first team appearance for PSG in Ligue 1 and is under contract until June 2021.
The Polish FA and PSG have been contacted for comment.
The goalkeeper is down the pecking order at PSG but caused quite a stir earlier this year with comments about team-mate Angel Di Maria.
Speaking on YouTube channel Foot Truck, the young Polish shot-stopper explained just why Di Maria ‘hates’ former club Manchester United.

‘Di Maria hates Manchester United,’ Bulka said. ‘He has no good memory of the time he spent there.
‘In fact, when something related to Manchester United appears on television, he changes the channel quickly.’
While Di Maria never addressed Bulka’s claims directly, speaking on his time so far in Paris, he said: ‘PSG is very important to me. They welcomed me with open arms in a period when I was finding it difficult in Manchester.
‘I came here with ambition, and determination to succeed. Little by little, I showed that I was capable, that I could help the club achieve great things. I always do my best to help the club succeed.’
